With over 17 years in non-profit leadership, business management and operations, in addition to 7 years of post-secondary instructor experience in business and human resource management, we’ve helped organizations turn vision into action, implement strategy into day-to-day operations, streamline internal systems, and build thriving sustainable teams.

Laura is our creative CEO, working with clients to discover unique solutions to help their organizations thrive and grow. Whether working with organizations one-on-one or building new tools and solutions that you can find on our solutions page, you will find her seeking, organizing all things and capturing, collecting, and creating to help us support you in finding solutions to help your business lead with purpose.
With over a decade managing heritage and science tourism and hospitality operations, and her work in various industries, her experience crosses public, private, and nonprofit entrepreneurship and business in addition to post-secondary education where she instructs in the areas of human resource management, entrepreneurship, organizational leadership, and hospitality law.
Her love of working in heritage and science operations continues while she consults and volunteers in all sorts of experiential and educational pursuits. And (yes, there’s more) working with small businesses, operators, and educators, she lends support to building administrative and operational systems and jumps at the chance to complete projects and volunteer her time towards organizational and community development.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Simon Fraser University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resource Management, an Instructor’s Diploma from Vancouver Island University and certifications in built heritage conservation and business administration she is a life long learner. Whether it's human resource management or AI, her pursuit of knowledge is ever expanding to help organizations grow and flourish.
